These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GA Sentry (the "Service"), operated at gasentry.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GA Sentry connects, with your authorization, to Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Cloudflare Analytics to detect anomalies in traffic, SEO, e-commerce conversion, and security signals, and to generate periodic (weekly/monthly) reports.
You agree not to: (a) connect properties you are not authorized to access; (b) reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data; (d) use the Service to violate any law or third-party right; or (e) resell the Service without our permission.
The Service relies on Google, Cloudflare, Stripe, and AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms, and your use of Google data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services or for changes or outages in their APIs.
GA Sentry's anomaly detection and AI-generated narratives are provided for informational purposes only. They may contain errors or omissions and do not constitute professional, financial, legal, or business advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on them.
The Service, including its software and content (excluding your data), is owned by GA Sentry and protected by applicable laws. You retain all rights to your data; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GA Sentry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold GA Sentry harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party right (including connecting properties you were not authorized to access).
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [Operator to specify governing jurisdiction.]
